Cognitive psychology and criminal investigation
Abstract
The article dwells upon the potential of psychological criminal profiling as of a cognitive method in criminal investigation. The author analyzes the content and interrelation of such concepts as "model", "portrait" and "profile". The findings of the research show that the methods of cognitive psychology should be considered a constituent of criminalistic theories, not simply a theoretical rationalization of the choice of criminalistic methods and investigative tactics.

Study of an individual's value-semantic sphere in the adolescence period
Abstract
The authors of the article consider analysis of the value-semantic sphere of a personality (VSSP), underline the importance of its study in the context of adolescence psychology. The authors also present a VSSP questionnaire, which was developed according to the modern approach to VSSP structure.
